醇基燃料资料介绍

一、概述

新型醇基燃料是以廉价的甲醇为主要原料，它方便，是继液化气之后问世的新型燃料。无味、无烟、不熏锅。价格低廉，常压储存使用无须笨重的液化气瓶，可用普通的金属桶或塑料桶装运，常温常压下燃烧完全可靠，不会因漏气而发生煤气中毒，即使着火用水一浇即灭，无爆炸危险。本产品主要是以煤、天然气制甲醇为原料研究开发的一种新型醇基液体燃料，是国家推荐的绿色节能产品。

二、醇基液体燃料的优势

1、环保性：醇基液体燃料的燃烧产物主要是H2O、CO2，具有无烟尘、无味、无压力、使用无需烟道、无残留物等特点。新型环保醇基液体燃料与研制的专用锅炉和灶具配合使用，各项指标完全低于国家与环保的相关标准。无论是作为车用燃料还是民用燃料，都因为其较低的使用成本、环保的特点受到广大消费者的青睐。

2、热效性：新型环保醇基液体燃料热效能高，并且能完全燃烧，其汽化潜热是汽油的3倍左右。混合燃料蒸发汽化可以使进气温度进一步降低，增加充气量，提高充气效率，燃烧速度快，改善燃烧后锅炉和灶具的热循环条件，可显著提高燃烧效率。

3、经济性：目前新型环保醇基液体燃料综合市场价格约为3200元/吨左右，有很大的价格优势。随着高温气化合成技术的完善，以及低温低压法和液相法生产燃料技术日益完善，其工艺流程将得到简化，燃料的生产成本还会逐渐降低。

4、高效性：环保醇基液体燃料燃烧对人体无毒，储运方便（铁桶、塑胶桶均可存放），具有较高的抗爆性能，燃点也较高，不容易发生火灾事故，闪点为10℃-20℃，用水即灭，比使用石油类燃料、天然气燃料及城市燃气类燃料更加。作为一种无烟尘、无残液、无有害废气、无积垢、又经济的清洁燃料。醇基液体燃料用途非常广泛，而且相信在未来能源发展的趋势上，醇基液体燃料必然成为能源行业的新宠，掀起取暖及厨房燃料的二次革命。
